Regina Brown is the owner of Brown Aero Technologies. With 29 years of extensive program and project management experience as a Commander in the US Navy, she specializes in aviation programs that focus on training maintenance personnel in the operation and support of modern military aircraft, weapons systems, and autonomous aircraft. Regina holds certifications in Project Management, Life Cycle Logistics, and Lean/Six Sigma. Additionally, she is an FAA certified instructor, specializing in flight training for initial CFIs.

Captain Robertson joined Brown Aero Technologies as our Aviation Consultant, bringing a wealth of experience in aviation programs. He previously completed over 23 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, retiring as a Captain. During his service, he was the Chief of Training at the U.S. Coast Guard's Aviation Center, where he was integral to developing FAA certified instructors. After his military career, he became an American Airlines Captain on the Boeing 727 and retired after 13 years. Additionally, Captain Robertson has extensive experience in general aviation; he taught ATP, CFI, and Commercial Pilot courses as a flight instructor with American Flyers Flight Academy. Over the past 6 years, he served as the Chief Pilot and Maintenance Director for TG Investments LLC. With over 22,000 hours of flight time, he is type-rated in 9 different aircraft, showcasing his commitment to exceptional flight training.

Jon Castellanos is a FAA Certified Flight Instructor and Multi-Engine Instructor, also holding an Airline Transport Pilot rating. He has extensive experience in aviation programs, having served as a commander in the United States Air Force, where he led flying organizations and managed airfield operations. Throughout his 25-year USAF career, Jon was both an instructor and evaluator pilot. He flew the KC-135 StratoTanker, instructed students in Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training on the T-37 Tweet, worked as a Flight Safety Officer, and was the Chief of Human Spaceflight Support overseeing the final six Space Shuttle flights. After his Air Force career, Jon continued his passion for flight training by flying corporate aircraft.

Morgan Bennett is an FAA certified Flight Instructor and holds additional certifications as an Instrument Instructor and Glider Instructor, along with an Airline Transport Pilot rating. She serves as a captain for an international air ambulance company based in Birmingham. With over 20 years as a member of the Civil Air Patrol, Morgan possesses extensive experience in designing and implementing aviation programs. She earned a Bachelor of Polymer and Fiber Engineering degree from Auburn University and worked as a manufacturing engineer before transitioning to a career in aviation, where she has gained valuable flight training experience in both corporate and airline operations.
